Resistance Equipment Training

All members welcome to learn (or re-learn) how to use the weight machines properly to meet your goals!                                                                                                         Stop in, ask questions, get answers!   Improve your form and get better results. Abs, Thighs and Buns:

This 30 minute intense workout concentrates on working the key areas of concern for most women.

BellyDance:

Sculpt and tone your arms, abs and hips with exotic dance techniques. Awesome class!

KickBoxing:

CardioKickboxing - An all-body experince with an intense concentration on lower body and abs.

Cardio Dance and Tone

Get  fit and have fun using dance and aerobic moves with music of today.

Low Impact / Fitness Ball:

A challenging cardio workout with thera-ball and hand-weights without the added stress to knees, joints and backs.

Power Flex:

Complete body toning through weight bearing exercises, often bringing in free weights and step for a great workout of all muscle groups.

Rockbottom:

Challenge yourself to tone up those areas we women worry about most. Thighs, hips, buns…  You can do it!

Spinning:

A mountain bike journey in a fun and challenging format. A total body and mind conditioning experience.

Step:

Intense an fun! A great way to get your heart pumping and burn calories and body fat.

Tone and Burn:

Designed to tone, tighten and strengthen your entire body. Strengthen muscles - lose fat!

Yoga:

Improve balance and flexibility. Relax the mind and correctly supply the body with oxygen intake.

Yoga-lates:

Perfect balance of yoga/pilates. Stretch and lengthen your body as you relax, destress and apply your body and mind.

Zumba

A fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system!

 

 The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. FUN!
