Lady of America offers the following Classes, please view the schedules below to find the right class and time for you.

Special Classes
  Salsa Aerobic/Dance Classes
Salsa, Merengue and Mambo - These Latin dance steps target your lower body. Learn the movements while burning calories and toning.
 
  Belly Dancing Classes
 Sculpt and tone your arms, abs and hips with exotic dance techniques. Awesome class!

 

ZUMBA!
Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" in order for Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba fitness program to achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind. It is a "feel-happy" workout.
Yoga 
Improve balance and flexibility. Relax the mind and correctly supply the body with oxygen intake.

Our Yoga classes include Beginners, Advanced and a combination of Yoga and Pilates.

Low Impact Fitness Ball
A challenging cardio workout with thera-ball and hand-weights without the added stress knees, joints and backs.
  Cycle Mania
A mountain bike journey in a fun and challenging format. A total body and mind conditioning experience.
Pilates
Stretch and lengthen your body as you relax, destress and apply your body and mind.
